ARGUS EstateMaster Development Feasibility (AEM-DF) is a cash flow model designed for property development feasibility analysis. It calculates investment returns including residual land value, development profit, internal rate of return and net present value based on a comprehensive set of inputs. This 1-day training is geared to new to beginner users of ARGUS EstateMaster Development Feasibility. A user will receive an overview of feasibility theory and be introduced to ARGUS EstateMaster Development Feasibility features and functionality.
Public Online Classes: Prior to the class date, users will receive an eBook (non-printable) training guide via RedShelf along with virtual access to ARGUS EstateMaster. It is highly recommended to have a minimum of two monitors for optimal experience. Sessions are hosted through CloudShare, please select the hyperlinks to ensure system requirements are met prior to the session.
Booking confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to you from Altus Group. Altus Group is not responsible for any cost incurred prior to client receipt of our booking confirmation.
Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 11 working days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Delegates who reschedule within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged a £170 plus VAT (£225) rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at Training@argussoftware.com more than 15 working days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 working days’ notice are non-refundable and there will be £170 plus VAT (£225) to reschedule fee for future classes. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that Altus Group has received the cancellation notice. The cancellation notice period will be calculated from the receipt of the e-mail. Under no circumstances should a training session be deemed ‘cancelled’ until written acknowledgement is received from Altus Group. Travel costs and expenses incurred by the client, due to a training session cancelled by Altus Group for reasons beyond their ordinary control, will not be refunded.
